If you used ASVAB Study Prep and did not pass your ASVAB exam, you are eligible for a full refund.

To submit your claim, email support@asvabhelp.com with:

• Your Apple Order ID (starts with the letter M - found in the purchase confirmation email from Apple)
• A copy of your ASVAB score report showing a non-passing result

We'll review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.
